  • 6 ears of corn
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • ½ tablespoon salt or to taste
  • Homemade or ready-made bolognese sauce
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
  2. Wash the ears and cut the kernels.
  3. In a blender, blend the first 4 ingredients very well.
  4. Pass the mixture obtained through a sieve and place it in a pan.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Let cool.
  7. In a large pan, bring water to a boil.
  8. With your hands dusted in wheat flour, make rolls and cut the gnocchi.
  9. Cook them, little by little, in plenty of boiling water and remove them with a slotted spoon as soon as they rise to the surface.
  10. Place in the ovenproof dish, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  11. Serve very hot.

Mom Tips

When buying ears, buy the one with bright, light yellow kernels.
