  • 3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 cups (tea) of water
  • 200 grams of low-fat yogurt
  • Chopped green chili to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, place the carrot, onion and garlic.
  2. Let it braise.
  3. Add the olive oil to the water and cook for 15 minutes.
