Prepare this delicious omelet without wasting too much time in the kitchen!


  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green olives
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, using a fork, beat the cream with the eggs until the mixture becomes airy.
  2. Add the tomato, olive, pepper, salt and mix well.
  3. Place half of the mixture in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry for approximately 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the mixture.
  6. Serve.
