Enjoy this vegetarian noodles recipe and surprise your family! Very tasty!


  • 500 grams of noodles
  • 2 cups of fine soy protein
  • 3 cups (tea) of boiling water
  • 400 grams of tomato paste
  • 2 liters of water
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 5 to 6 skinless tomatoes
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large carrot cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon basil or oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Soak the soy protein in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Then, squeeze well to remove all the water and set aside.
  3. In a blender, blend the tomatoes, onions, garlic and carrots.
  4. Add tomato paste, water, sugar, basil and salt. Reserve.
  5. In a pan, add the oil and sauté the soy protein.
  6. Add the ingredients from the blender and let it boil until the sauce is consistent.
  7. Cook the noodles “al dente”, spread the sauce over the top and sprinkle with the cheese.

You can find fine soy protein in natural food stores or in the Municipal Market in your city.
