It’s not a food truck, because as he says: “I’m not American, so I have a mobile restaurant”. If his sense of formula is destabilizing, his cuisine has seduced the chefs from the first test. His sloppy mushroom omelette was a hit and allowed him to join the gray brigade.

He will have to surpass himself once again in the episode broadcast this Wednesday March 20 in a high-flying test. The two-star chef Andoni Aduriz will launch a unique challenge to the candidates by going even further than the classic trompe-oeil. This time, they will have to perform a trick-or-treat. The goal is to imitate the look and taste of a meat dish without any meat in the recipe of course. A real challenge for Pierre who proclaimed in his portrait: “Look at me, do I have a head for vegan cooking?”
