To make this recipe for 2 people, you will need:

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100 ml of cold water
  • 100 ml of boiling water
  • Sel
  • Chilli oil, fresh chilli or chilli sauce
  • Young onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Coriander
  • Riz
  • Vegetables of your choice

  1. In a bowl, beat two eggs with a fork.

  2. Heat 100 ml of water in a kettle and mix it with the same quantity of cold water. Add salt and pour over eggs. Mix well.

  3. Prepare a steam basket by adding a little water to a casserole dish, then add the preparation by filtering it with a fine strainer.

  4. Cover the dish with cling film and make a few holes to let steam escape during cooking. Be sure to stretch the film well; it must not come into contact with the preparation.

  5. Steam for about 11 minutes.

  6. When the consistency is close to a flan and is no longer liquid, it’s ready!

  7. You can then cut it into a square like a grid then add a little soy sauce, chopped young onion and a few sesame seeds, and coriander if you like.

Practical, this egg preparation can accompany a bowl of rice (plain or with chili) or even sautéed vegetables to vary the pleasures
