  • 500 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 2 Easter egg molds of 250 grams

Preparation Mode

  1. Place the chocolate in the microwave on medium power, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
  2. Then season it as directed until cool.
  3. Once done, fill the molds with chocolate and beat to eliminate any air bubbles.
  4. Then, turn the molds upside down to remove excess chocolate, clean them with a spatula and place them in the refrigerator, with the cavities facing down, for about 20 minutes or until the chocolate dries.
  5. Finally, remove the molds from the refrigerator and gently unmold the eggs. Set aside.

  • 500 grams of milk chocolate
  • 250 grams of white chocolate
  • Chocolate dye in different colors
  • Mold for eggs size 1 or 2
  • Grain alcohol or Rum (optional)
  • Edible gold dust (optional)

  1. Melt some of the white chocolate in a bain-marie and temper it.
  2. Remove a portion, add drops of the desired color of food coloring, mix and make arabesques in some eggs in the mold and let dry.
  3. Repeat the operation making arabesques in other colors.
  4. While it dries, melt the milk chocolate and temper it.
  5. Then make a layer of milk chocolate in the molds with arabesques and put them in the refrigerator to dry.
  6. If necessary, apply a second coat.
  7. Once dry, unmold and assemble the eggs by gluing them together with melted chocolate.
  8. Fill the larger egg with the decorated eggs.

White or black eggs They can also be decorated with arabesques (on the outside) made with melted white or dark chocolate.

Golden eggs: Some eggs can be brushed with grain alcohol or rum and sprinkled with edible gold powder.

These powders can be diluted in grain alcohol or a very alcoholic drink such as vodka or white rum and are applied superficially to details or sweets using a small brush.
