Ingredients

  • 500 grams of milk chocolate flavored coating
  • Cookie filled with chopped chocolate or sprinkles

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the frosting in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Place in the bunny mold, using the biscuit or confectionery as filling.
  3. Fill the mold with the topping.
  4. Refrigerate until firm and the shape is opaque.
  5. Unmold onto parchment paper.
  6. Join the two parts together with melted chocolate.

Mom’s Tips

The bunnies can be made with or without filling.

Approximate yield of 6 bunnies of approximately 100 grams.

Crispy Lollipop

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of white chocolate flavored coating
  • 30 grams of milk chocolate flavored coating
  • 1 cup (tea) of crunchy cereal flakes

Preparation Mode

  2. Melt the milk chocolate flavored coating in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  3. In the lollipop mold, fill the bunny’s eyes, nose and bow tie with milk chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate the pan until the chocolate sets.
  5. Mix the white frosting with the cereal flakes.
  6. Remove the mold from the refrigerator, place the sticks in the mold and fill with white chocolate and cereal flakes.
  7. Refrigerate until the pan becomes opaque.
  8. Remove and unmold onto parchment paper.

Mom’s Tips

On the dark lollipop, if you prefer, make a white bow tie to make it stand out.

You can also use colored chocolate prepared with chocolate coloring.

Lollipops can also be made, for those who prefer, without cereal flakes.

Yield will depend on the size of the pan used.
