Dough Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped strawberry (tea)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour two small round pans or a rectangular pan measuring 35 cm x 25 cm. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Reserve the chopped strawberries.
- In a blender, blend the liquid ingredients and then add the dry ingredients.
- Remove, place the mixture in a bowl, add the chopped strawberries and stir gently.
- Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.

- Homemade or industrialized whipped cream
Assembly
- Fill and cover the entire cake with whipped cream.
- Decorate the top of the cake with sliced strawberries.
- Line the side of the cake with the cookies.
