Ingredients
- 2 packages of chocolate-flavored Pullman® cake
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 3 egg yolks, sifted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 can of cream
- 2 cups of chopped walnuts
- Chantilly pronto
- Nuts to decorate
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, make a cream with the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and cornstarch.
- Stir constantly until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and add the cream, essence, chopped walnuts and mix well.
- Cut the cakes lengthwise, obtaining 4 pieces of each cake.
- In total you will have 8 cake parts.
- In a medium ovenproof dish, alternate layers of cake and cream until the ingredients are finished.
- Decorate with whipped cream and nuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Mom Tips
If you don’t like chocolate cake; swap for another flavor.
