  • 2 packages of chocolate-flavored Pullman® cake
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 3 egg yolks, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 cups of chopped walnuts
  • Chantilly pronto
  • Nuts to decorate

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, make a cream with the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and cornstarch.
  2. Stir constantly until it thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and add the cream, essence, chopped walnuts and mix well.
  4. Cut the cakes lengthwise, obtaining 4 pieces of each cake.
  5. In total you will have 8 cake parts.
  6. In a medium ovenproof dish, alternate layers of cake and cream until the ingredients are finished.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream and nuts.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Mom Tips

If you don’t like chocolate cake; swap for another flavor.
