Ingredients
- 1 can of cream
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 6 whites
- 10 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
- ½ cup (tea) of water
- ½ cup chopped candied fruit
- ½ cup grated chocolate
- Cherries
Preparation Mode
- Prepare a decorated mold, with a hole in the middle measuring 20 cm in diameter, moistening it with water. Reserve
- Hydrate the gelatin in water and place it in the microwave to dissolve.
- In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
- Without stopping beating, add the coconut milk, sugar and dissolved gelatin.
- Turn off the mixer, add the cream, fruits and chocolate, mixing gently.
- Place in mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Remove, unmold and decorate.
Mom Tips
The candied fruits can be replaced with drained and chopped cherries in syrup.
