  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 6 whites
  • 10 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • ½ cup chopped candied fruit
  • ½ cup grated chocolate
  • Cherries

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a decorated mold, with a hole in the middle measuring 20 cm in diameter, moistening it with water. Reserve
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in water and place it in the microwave to dissolve.
  3. In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
  4. Without stopping beating, add the coconut milk, sugar and dissolved gelatin.
  5. Turn off the mixer, add the cream, fruits and chocolate, mixing gently.
  6. Place in mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove, unmold and decorate.

Mom Tips

The candied fruits can be replaced with drained and chopped cherries in syrup.
