Dough Ingredients

  • 1 package of cornstarch or milk biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • ½ cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 yolk

Ingredients Coverage

  • 2 medium mangoes, chopped
  • 1 box of well-cleaned and chopped strawberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium apples, chopped
  • Shine jelly to taste

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Grind the biscuit in a blender and pass it through a sieve.
  3. Mix with the melted butter until it becomes a moist crumb.
  4. Spread this mixture on the bottom of small molds.
  5. Bake for approximately 6 minutes.
  6. Remove and let cool.

Filling preparation method

  1. In a pan, add the starch, milk, sugar and stir well.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  3. Remove, add the yolk and essence and mix well.
  4. Let cool.


  1. Place portions of filling in the unmolded tartlets.
  2. Cover with the chopped fruit.
  3. Cover the entire filling with the glitter jelly.
