Warm up your winter with this traditional and nutritious soup!


  • 300 grams of regular sausage
  • 1 cup potato (tea)
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth

Preparation Mode

  1. Place the common sausages in boiling water, leave for 3 minutes, mix and discard the water.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices.
  3. Cut the vegetables into cubes or slices.
  4. Cook sausages and vegetables in 800 ml of water for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken broth, mix and serve.

Mom Tips

The ideal is to use German sausage (no need to boil).
