  • 200 ml of vegetable oil
  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 200 ml of sugar
  • 400 ml rice flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a mold by greasing it with oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, blend all the ingredients.
  4. Place the mixture in the mold.
  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
  6. Once unmolded and cold, decorate with icing sugar.
