Filling preparation method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Add the chestnuts and mix.
  3. Using a ladle, distribute the filling over the prepared egg halves.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles or as desired.

Mom Tips

Use an egg mold with one part made of acetate and the other made of silicone. Ways that make our lives easier. They come with markings on how much chocolate we should put in the mold.

Mix of nuts: Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts,…

The filling can also be made with semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate.

You can replace the nut mix with chocolate cereal or create a cereal mix of your choice.
