  • 5 eggs
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) butter
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 tablets of fresh organic yeast
  • 2 cups (tea) of warm water
  • 12 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a large baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs with the sugar, butter, salt, yeast and water.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl.
  4. Add the wheat flour little by little, kneading until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Let it rise for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  7. Divide the dough into equal parts and shape into buns.
  8. Place them on the baking tray, brush with egg yolk and let rise for 40 minutes.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve.
