Getting children to eat vegetables can be a real challenge. Fortunately, on the airwaves of RTL,Cyril Lignac imagined a fun recipe to make with the family: a surprise pumpkin soup. “Usually, we make surprise bread with small sandwiches”, he explains. Well, for once, the host of All In The Kitchen change your habits and swap ham or rillettes for seasonal vegetables. “I took the same bread that I emptied, I made a beautiful pumpkin soup […] and I poured it into the bread”, reveals the chef. Cyril Lignac’s tip so that the container does not soak before tasting: put the bread in the oven so that it is crispy. “I thought it was crazy,” he reacts. Also enhanced with leeks and hazelnuts, this revisited soup is ideal for warming up. Up to you !
