For the ingredients you will need:

  • 200 g chorizo
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 100 g tomato pulp
  • 150 g of fresh cheese
  • 60 g of heavy cream
  • 5 drops of lime juice
  1. Start by removing the skin from the chorizo ​​and then cut it into cubes.
  2. Put the cubes in your blender to puree them.
  3. Add the basil leaves.
  4. Then add the tomato pulp, cream cheese and heavy cream. Mix again.
