This Wednesday, November 8, 2023, the chef shared his recipe for a “comforting dish to share when the cold arrives” : shepherd’s pie. A classic that we all know, but Cyril Lignac was able to bring a touch of modernity to the traditional recipe. The chef has revisited the shepherd’s pie using duck confit garnished with parmesan cream. Succulent !
