Considered the nutritious and perfect mix for everyday meals; This kale recipe can’t be missing from your menu!


  • 7 cups of chopped kale
  • 1 cup chopped green chilli powder
  • Coriander to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 skinless and seedless tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan with the olive oil, garlic, onion and tomato.
  2. Let it braise.
  3. Add the cabbage, green chilli, coriander, dill and cook, stirring constantly, until the vegetable is soft.
  4. In a blender, beat the eggs with the egg whites, wheat flour and salt.
  5. Add this mixture to the frying pan with the cabbage.
  6. Cook for approximately 10 more minutes or until the frittata is firm.
  7. Using a large plate, flip the frittata and return it to the frying pan, so that it browns on the other side.
  8. Remove and serve immediately.

Mom Tips

You can add cubes of fried bacon to the frying.
