Dough Ingredients

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons of butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of melted milk chocolate

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. In a blender, grind the cookies.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add the butter and mix well until you get a dough.
  4. With the dough, line the bottom and sides of a 25 cm diameter springform pan.
  5. With a fork, poke holes in the dough.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
  7. Remove, let cool and set aside.

Method of preparation, filling and assembly

  1. In a blender, beat the cream cheese, sugar, wheat flour, essence and eggs.
  2. Pour over batter.
  3. Carefully pour the melted chocolate over the dough.
  4. Using a fork, move the dough around to marbleize it.
  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Remove, unmold and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, add raisins to the filling.
