With this simple meatball recipe you can make your snack, lunch or dinner irresistible!
Ingredients
- 800 grams of ground beef
- 1 package of cream onion soup
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 10 sanitized cherry tomatoes
- 6 mini onions, cut in half (optional)
- Sliced pepperoni sausage (optional)
- Sliced bacon (optional)
- Oil
- BBQ skewers
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, place the meat, onion soup, mayonnaise and garlic.
- Mix well to combine.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes before shaping.
- Form small meatballs and set aside.
- On the skewers, alternate the meatballs with the tomatoes, onions, bacon and sausage.
- Grease with oil.
- Heat a grill or large, thick frying pan greased with oil. Brown the skewers on both sides for approximately 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Mom Tips
Use the optional ingredients you prefer, not necessarily needing to put them all on the skewers.
Serve accompanied by a delicious salad.
