With this simple meatball recipe you can make your snack, lunch or dinner irresistible!


  • 800 grams of ground beef
  • 1 package of cream onion soup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 10 sanitized cherry tomatoes
  • 6 mini onions, cut in half (optional)
  • Sliced ​​pepperoni sausage (optional)
  • Sliced ​​bacon (optional)
  • Oil
  • BBQ skewers

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, place the meat, onion soup, mayonnaise and garlic.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before shaping.
  4. Form small meatballs and set aside.
  5. On the skewers, alternate the meatballs with the tomatoes, onions, bacon and sausage.
  6. Grease with oil.
