  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Grated zest of ½ lemon

  • 2 large garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Steak Preparation Method

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with the lemon zest and set aside.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat them in wheat flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.

How to Prepare Kale

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté, stirring, until golden.
  3. Add the kale and fry for 1 minute over high heat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a serving dish, place the steaks and cabbage and serve.
