Risotto is a typical Italian dish. How about innovating and easily making a different risotto? Very tasty! Try it!
Ingredients
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup rice (arborio)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (chopped)
Preparation mode
- Without letting it boil, heat the vegetable broth with the wine. Reserve.
- In another pan, heat the oil, add the mushroom and onion.
- Sauté stirring for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Gradually add, without stopping stirring, the warm broth and salt.
- Cook until tender.
- Add the pepper, cheese, parsley and mix.
- Serve.
Mother’s Tips
Arboreal rice is ideal and most suitable for making risottos and sweet rice desserts. This type of rice is rich in starch and adds creaminess to the dish.
