Norbert Tarayre revisited a country recipe: potato salad. For the occasion, he combines batavia lettuce, canned tuna and amandine potatoes: for a simple, quick and economical recipe. If according to him “these vegetables may no longer be a dream of young people”, the leader intends to make them change their minds.
For the dressing ingredients, you will need:
- Sherry: 15g
- Balsamic: 15gr
- Mustard: 2 cases
- Huile d’Olive : 45 gr
- Hazelnut oil: 10gr
- Espelette pepper: 2g
- Then move on to preparing the vinaigrette sauce. To do this, mix the sherry, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar and salt.
- Add the pepper and Espelette pepper. Store the chilli in the fridge to preserve it well and to prevent it from oxidizing.
- In a bowl, mix the mustard, the two oils and add some sliced new onions.
