  • 500 grams of pasta
  • Black peppercorns and powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 can of cream
  • Leite
  • 200 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a refractory pan with butter and set aside.
  2. Boil 4 liters of water with the oil, peppercorns and salt.
  3. Add the pasta and let it cook al dente.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Preheat the oven.
  6. In a large pan, add the cream, plus 3 tablespoons of milk.
  7. Add the drained pasta and heat over very low heat, stirring with a fork.
  8. Remove from heat and add half the Parmesan cheese, black pepper, nutmeg and salt.
  9. Mix everything very well.
  10. Place in the ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  11. Arrange pieces of butter over everything.
  12. Place in a very hot oven until golden.

Mom Tips

Serve plain or with tomato sauce.

You can add pieces of feta cheese to the dough.

The canned cream can be replaced with two jars of fresh cream.

If you prefer not to use cream, you can make a thin white sauce made with 2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 3 tablespoons of butter.
