This much-requested snack, appreciated in bars and pubs, can be made at home. Snack!
Ingredients
- 1 kg diced pancetta
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of water
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- Frying oil
- Lemon
Preparation Mode
- Season the pancetta with the juice, salt, garlic and bicarbonate.
- Place in a pressure cooker and pour water.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, after the pressure has started.
- Remove and let the pressure release completely.
- Open the pan and drain the pancetta.
- Sew with paper towel and fry in oil at medium temperature, stirring until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
Serve accompanied by lemon wedges.
