Preparation Mode
- Crush the cookies.
- Mix with peanut butter.
- Line 8 mini tart pans with a false bottom with this mixture.
Filling preparation method
- Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve in a water bath.
- In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk, peanut butter, milk and crushed peanuts.
- Pour the mixture over the dough, into the molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Unmold the tartlets.
- Decorate by sprinkling with chocolate powder.
