  • 200 grams of cornstarch biscuit
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • Chocolate powder (optional)

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 cup crushed peanuts

Preparation Mode

  1. Crush the cookies.
  2. Mix with peanut butter.
  3. Line 8 mini tart pans with a false bottom with this mixture.

Filling preparation method

  1. Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve in a water bath.
  2. In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk, peanut butter, milk and crushed peanuts.
  3. Pour the mixture over the dough, into the molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  4. Unmold the tartlets.
  5. Decorate by sprinkling with chocolate powder.
