Particularly comforting and easy to prepare, gnocchi gratin is a must for express meals. Here is the recipe that will delight your taste buds and that of your entire family!

To make this recipe for 4 people, you will need:

  • 400 g of tomato pulp
  • ½ onion
  • 4 tbsp. to s. olive oil
  • 4 pinches of salt or fine salt
  • 4 fresh basil leaves

For the gratin:

  • 600 g potato gnocchi
  • 200 g of smoked scamorza (or mozzarella)
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. to s. grated parmesan
  • 1 grind of black pepper
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
