  • 1 pearl pineapple, sliced ​​or chunked
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 4 cups of water (tea)
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan put the water, cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Bring to a low boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the pineapple, mix and cook for 20 minutes or until soft.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Place in a glass with a lid.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until serving time.

If you prefer, you can add 3 cloves of India to the recipe.
