Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal (tea)
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 grams of diced bacon

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare 12 molds for muffins or large pies, lined with paper cups. Reserve.
  2. In a small pan over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat.
  3. Drain on paper towel, drying the bacon well. Reserve.
  4. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  5. In a blender, blend the milk, oil, flour, cornmeal, salt, eggs and cheese well.
  6. Add the green scent, yeast and bacon, mixing with a spoon.
  7. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
  8. When warm, unmold and serve.

Mom Tips

Use oven-safe paper molds (baking paper molds).
