To make this recipe for 4 people, you will need:

  • 1 pack choy
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp. tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Neutral oil

For the dough:

  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 130 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon of salt
  1. Mix the flour and lukewarm water in a salad bowl, add a pinch of salt and knead everything until it forms a homogeneous and smooth dough.
  2. Heat a large volume of water in a saucepan.
  3. Once boiling, cut the dough with scissors and drop the pieces into the water.
  4. The pasta will form little by little. When they rise to the surface, they are cooked! Rinse with cold water and set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, wash and peel the vegetables of your choice. Here, the content creator opted for a mixture of onions, carrots and pack choy, also called Chinese cabbage.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan, wok or sauté pan then brown all the vegetables so that they brown and cook evenly.
  7. Season with dark soy sauce, sugar and a little salty soy sauce then mix well.
  8. Add the pieces of cooked dough and sauté for a few minutes to bind them to the vegetables.
  9. Serve immediately for even more deliciousness.
