Very easy to make, this pot roast cannot be missing from your menu!
Ingredients
- 1 kg of soft drumstick in pieces, cleaned
- 100 grams of chopped bacon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 carrots, cut into strips or slices
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 and ½ cups (tea) of water
- 1 and ½ cups (tea) of dry white wine
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker, cover and place over low heat.
- Cook for 40 minutes, counting the time after the pressure starts.
- After this time, remove from the heat and only open the pan after it has released pressure.
- Check that the meat is tender.
- Return the uncovered pan to the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the pan and transfer to a platter.
- Serve the sliced meat with or without the sauce that formed in the pan.
- Decorate to taste.
Mom Tips
You can replace the coxão soft meat with another type of meat.
Boiled potatoes also go well with the dish.
