  • 1 kg of soft drumstick in pieces, cleaned
  • 100 grams of chopped bacon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 carrots, cut into strips or slices
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 and ½ cups (tea) of water
  • 1 and ½ cups (tea) of dry white wine
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker, cover and place over low heat.
  2. Cook for 40 minutes, counting the time after the pressure starts.
  3. After this time, remove from the heat and only open the pan after it has released pressure.
  4. Check that the meat is tender.
  5. Return the uncovered pan to the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the meat from the pan and transfer to a platter.
  7. Serve the sliced ​​meat with or without the sauce that formed in the pan.
  8. Decorate to taste.
