The Primavera salad (sweet and sour) is always a hit on special occasions. Try it!


  • 200 grams of light chicken sausages, cut into thin slices
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 50 grams of Minas frescal light cheese
  • 4 silver bananas, ripe, cut into slices
  • 3 tart red apples
  • ½ melon, ripe, cut into cubes
  • ½ pineapple, ripe, cut into cubes
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 medium onion cut into strips
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup light margarine
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, blend the gorgonzola cheese, mayonnaise, margarine, mustard, ketchup, pepper and salt. Reserve.
  2. Cut the apples with the skin into strips and place them in a bowl with the lemon juice.
  3. Add the bananas, melon and pineapple.
  4. Mix the fruits with the sausage, cheese, raisins and onion.
  5. Pour the reserved sauce over the top and mix well.
  6. Place the salad in a salad bowl.
  7. Decorate with mint leaves.

Mom Tips

You can compose the salad with fruits of your choice.

Serve the salad with the dressing mixed in or with the dressing on the side.

The salad can be placed in a salad bowl or in individual portions.
