A delicious pudding that doesn’t need to be baked; It’s all good!!

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of cream
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 10 tablespoons of water
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of water

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, melt the sugar with the chocolate.
  2. Pour in a cup of water and cook until you get a thin syrup.
  3. With this syrup, line a 24 cm diameter hole in the middle and set aside.
  4. Sprinkle the gelatin in the water and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  5. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Pour into the caramelized mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Unmold and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can add thick chocolate shavings to the pudding, if you like.

Approximate yield of 8 servings.
