It’s time to focus on fall recipes using squash and spices. Recently, we revealed the essential drink of the season: the pumpkin spice latte. If this preparation is cult at Starbucks, know that it is just as delicious when made at home. Today, we’re sticking with the theme and revealing what to do for your breakfast. Hint: we love them with maple syrup! And yes it is indeed aboutare pancakes but in an autumn version. Here’s how to do it.

It was nutritionist Laura, better known under the nickname @nutrituvi, who shared her recipe for pumpkin spice pancakes. The advantage is that the preparation is ultra-quick and requires few ingredients.

For the ingredients you will need:

  • 100g plain squash puree
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cases of flour
  • 100ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of 4 spice mix.

  1. Start by cooking the squash pieces to obtain a puree.
  2. You then just need to put all the ingredients in a blender to obtain a pancake batter.
  3. All you have to do is cook them in the pan.
  4. A little butter or maple syrup and that’s it!

All that’s left to do is taste
