Ingredients
- 1 and ½ kg of young rabbit
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup mustard (tea)
- 1 bunch of chopped green chilli
- 1 can of cream with whey
Preparation Mode
- Clean the rabbit and cut into pieces at the joints.
- Season with pepper, salt and lemon juice.
- Leave to marinate for an hour.
- In a pan, heat the oil, add the rabbit pieces and let them brown evenly.
- Add the mustard and green scent.
- Cover the pan and cook over low heat for approximately 40 minutes.
- Add boiling water as it dries.
- Remove and add the cream and mix well.

In good butchers or the Municipal Market in your city, you can find rabbit meat.
Serve hot, as a main dish accompanied by straw potatoes and steamed vegetables.
