Whether it’s a traditional recipe, with banana or apple, fried sweet dumplings are always a strong presence in the morning or afternoon snack, especially in winter. Are delicious!


  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 3 whole eggs, beaten
  • 3 small bananas, chopped into cubes

Ingredients for Frying and Sprinkling

  • Soybean oil
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
  2. Add the milk and eggs and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  3. Add the bananas and let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil.
  5. Fry spoonfuls of the dough until the dumplings are golden.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper.
  7. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon powder.
  8. With this mixture, sprinkle the dumplings.

Mom Tips

With the same mass, replace the banana with apple cubes previously moistened with lemon juice.
