Ahe images that emerge from the armed conflict taking place in the Gaza Strip are heartbreaking due to the brutality they represent for the people – and especially for the little ones. But there are moments of joy that are worth sharing.
Many displaced Palestinians, who had to flee their homes due to Israeli attacks, carry three cats belonging to a family, who survived the airstrikes, in a refugee camp in Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip.
The photographs captured by the Reuters agency – which you can see in the gallery above – are a ‘breath of fresh air’ at a time of great tension and uncertainty.
