Ovaltine® Brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of Ovaltine®

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over low heat, stir until it thickens and releases the condensed milk, margarine and chocolate powder from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Remove, place in ovenproof dish and let cool.
  3. Shape the candy into balls and pass them through Ovaltine®.
  4. Place in aluminum molds.

Mom Tips

The aluminum molds are more resistant and can also be lined with melted chocolate. In this case, fill the molds with melted fractionated chocolate, drain the excess and wait for it to dry. Repeat the

procedure and after the dry chocolate, add the brigadeiro.

Approximate yield of 22 units.

crunchy Brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of chopped walnuts

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over low heat, stir until it thickens and releases the condensed milk, margarine, chocolate powder and half of the nuts from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Remove, place in ovenproof dish and let cool.
  3. Roll up the sweets and pass them through the rest of the nuts.
  4. Place in molds.

Mom Tips

Use good quality chocolate powder.

Approximate yield of 30 units.
