Ice cream goes well anytime. This temptation with red fruits is irresistible!
Ingredients
- 2 boxes of well-cleaned strawberries
- 10 raspberries
- 10 blackberries
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup of Nesquik® strawberry flavored milk mix
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
- 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
- Strawberry, raspberry and blackberry to decorate
- Mint Leaves
Preparation Mode
- Place the fruit and sugar in a pan and heat until it boils.
- Remove from heat, let cool and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the milk, neutral alloy and strawberry flavor mixture for approximately 5 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost toughen up.
- See mom’s tips below the recipe. Remove from the freezer and place in the mixer.
- Add the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk, emulsifier and beat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked red fruits with the syrup and beat for approximately another 10 minutes.
- Place in jars and freeze for at least 4 hours or until hardened.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
As it makes a lot, the ideal is to use a bowl/basin with a capacity of 5 liters to churn the ice cream.
Yield 4 liters.
