Ice cream goes well anytime. This temptation with red fruits is irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of well-cleaned strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 blackberries
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup of Nesquik® strawberry flavored milk mix
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
  • Strawberry, raspberry and blackberry to decorate
  • Mint Leaves

Preparation Mode

  1. Place the fruit and sugar in a pan and heat until it boils.
  2. Remove from heat, let cool and set aside.
  3. In a blender, beat the milk, neutral alloy and strawberry flavor mixture for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Place in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost toughen up.
  5. See mom’s tips below the recipe. Remove from the freezer and place in the mixer.
  6. Add the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk, emulsifier and beat for approximately 10 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked red fruits with the syrup and beat for approximately another 10 minutes.
  8. Place in jars and freeze for at least 4 hours or until hardened.
  9. Serve.

Mom Tips

As it makes a lot, the ideal is to use a bowl/basin with a capacity of 5 liters to churn the ice cream.

Yield 4 liters.
