Potatoes…the more golden and crunchy; better! Try it!
Ingredients
- 1 kg of floury potatoes cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 and ½ cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Spread in a single layer on a large baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
- It will be ready when it browns well and becomes crispy on the edges.
