Potatoes…the more golden and crunchy; better! Try it!


  • 1 kg of floury potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 and ½ cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a large baking tray.
  4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. It will be ready when it browns well and becomes crispy on the edges.

Approximate yield of 4 servings.

To serve a large number of people, double or triple the recipe.
