  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 1 cup milk at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1 cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  2. Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
  3. Add the yeast diluted in sugar.
  4. Add the sesame, onion, rosemary, margarine, milk, water and salt.
  5. Mix to incorporate the ingredients and knead well.
  6. Open the dough, distribute the cheese and knead it again until the cheese is evenly distributed.
  7. Place the dough in the bowl, cover and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  9. Knead the dough again to form the bread.
  10. Place in the pan, cover and let rise again.
  11. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  12. Wait for it to cool a little and remove it from the mold.
  13. Decorate with rosemary sprigs.

Mom Tips

To help the dough rise on a cold day, warm up wheat flour in a bowl in a low oven (110ºC). Or warm up for 10 seconds or more in the microwave at full power.
When bread or other items are ready, you can also choose to place them in large closed plastic bags to rise so that the bag does not touch the dough.

Approximate yield of 15 servings.
